● The VL series vertical five-axis milling machine offers efficient production capabilities, equipped with a high-performance control system and high-speed contour control, achieving optimal surface accuracy in the shortest machining time. Highly dynamic five-axis drive machining enables the machining of complex workpieces, meeting the requirements of five-axis machining.

● With a machining height of 675mm, a maximum machining diameter of ψ630mm, a maximum rotating diameter of ψ730mm, a maximum spindle speed of 2000rpm, a milling spindle speed of 12000rpm, a maximum torque of 54Nm, and a 240° oscillating axis range, it features a fully closed-loop feedback system, enabling high-performance milling, fixed-axis bevel machining, and five-axis simultaneous machining.

● The machine utilizes a direct-drive electric spindle equipped with an absolute encoder, achieving a C-axis indexing accuracy of 10 arc seconds (0.0027°) and a repeatability of 1.5 arc seconds (0.0004°). The spindle motor features a cooling system to minimize thermal displacement and ensure a constant spindle operating temperature. The spindle system has undergone rigorous dynamic balancing tests, providing excellent precision retention, high rigidity, and high efficiency. This allows the machine to perform not only finishing operations but also roughing and heavy cutting, making it particularly suitable for mass production of complex, high-quality products.
