The Eagle 2000 milling machine is designed for efficient and precise machining of large, complex parts, offering superior performance and stable machining capabilities. Supporting a maximum machining length of 2030 mm, it features a highly rigid HT300 cast iron one-piece bed with a 30-degree stepped flat rail structure. Optimized through Finite Element Analysis (FEA), this machine ensures strong structural rigidity and thermal stability, meeting the demands of long-term, heavy-duty machining, while guaranteeing both precision and durability.

The CNC turning machine is equipped with an advanced direct-drive electric spindle with a maximum speed of 2500 rpm and 18.5 kW of spindle power, coupled with a magnetic ring incremental encoder, enabling high-precision machining. The spindle cooling system effectively suppresses thermal deformation, maintaining a constant temperature throughout the machining process, and ensuring surface quality and dimensional stability.

The powered turret utilizes a BMT65-12T interface, supporting high-rigidity heavy-duty machining processes and enabling flexible switching between multiple processes. This CNC machine features a 120mm Y-axis travel, supporting complex operations such as eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with a high-torque powered turret and a servo-driven C-axis, it enables collaborative machining of diverse processes.

The dual-spindle design, with a 19kW sub-spindle and Ø86 through-hole design, enables precise clamping and back-end machining of long workpieces, significantly improving production efficiency and processing flexibility.

The latest version of the FANUC CNC system, integrated with the new iHMI user-friendly interface, offers powerful functionality and excellent scalability. The system incorporates intelligent preventive maintenance features, effectively avoiding unplanned machine downtime, increasing machine utilization, and ensuring efficient and stable production line operation.
