The Eagle 1600 model boasts a machining length of up to 1500 mm and a powerful powertrain, meeting the production needs of a wide range of large parts. The CNC machine features a high-strength HT300 cast iron, one-piece bed with a 30-degree stepped flat rail structure. Optimized through advanced finite element analysis, it achieves exceptional rigidity and turning stability. Whether handling heavy turning or high-speed machining, the machine maintains exceptional machining accuracy and long-term stability, significantly improving tool life and machining quality.

The power center is a direct-drive electric spindle, combining high speed and high torque, with a maximum speed of 2500 rpm and a stable spindle output of 18.5 kw. An advanced cooling system maintains a constant spindle temperature, effectively reducing machining errors caused by thermal deformation and ensuring smooth workpiece surfaces and precise dimensions.

The CNC lathe’s extensive machining capabilities are enabled by an intelligent control system. Equipped with an upgraded FANUC CNC system and the intuitive, easy-to-use iHMI (Human Machine Interface), the CNC turning machine not only simplifies operations but also features intelligent preventive maintenance capabilities, significantly reducing the risk of unplanned downtime. The servo-driven 120mm travel Y-axis and rotary C-axis enable seamless switching between complex operations such as eccentric milling, drilling, and tapping, significantly shortening cycle times and improving production efficiency.
