The TENOLY 106 series high-performance milling and turning machines are designed for high rigidity and high-precision turning, making them particularly suitable for mass production of complex parts. With a rotation diameter of 600mm, a machining diameter of 380mm, and a machining length of 380mm, the CNC machine meets the needs of efficient machining of various medium-to-large parts, perfectly enabling automated mass production.

This CNC turning machine utilizes a heavy-duty HT300 cast iron base and key components, ensuring structural stability and rigidity, effectively resisting vibration during cutting, ensuring machining quality and machine durability. Equipped with a unique BMT55 turret, it enables automatic multi-tool switching, significantly improving turning efficiency and meeting the requirements of multi-process precision machining. The spindle utilizes a true-tight synchronous motor and a cooling system to effectively control thermal deformation, maintaining machining accuracy and excellent surface finish.

The machine is also equipped with an equipment protection and anomaly detection system, monitoring operating status in real time to ensure safe operation and stable operation. Tool life management helps extend tool life, reduce maintenance downtime, and improve overall production efficiency. The spindle speed is freely adjustable and supports reverse rotation, providing flexible support for various machining processes.
